EASTER SUNDAY

We all got up early SUNDAY like really early. So instead of the original plan of waiting till after church to start our new EASTER TRADITIONS on our own, we decided to do it in the morning since we were all up.

So the night before i put a lil basket together nothing huge but just a lil something for her. We didn't want the main focus of EASTER being about the bunny and some eggs, but to represent gifts of LOVE from her parents like the LOVE of our SAVIOR.

Just her excitement in the LiL things makes it all worth it. She opened up her LiL basket and played w/her things for a bit while i made breakfast. After breakfast we sat and talked about;

HOW WE CAN SHOW OUR LOVE FOR OUR SAVIOR

Sometimes its hard to teach your child when ur husband is also a child..lol Our conversation was cut short and the continued to play w/the Easter stuff and eat candy.

Lets just say things didnt go so smoothly and my husband decides he doesnt want to go to church not feeling the spirit too much i dont either. My daughter on the other hand still wants to go to church and just her face as she says "i thot we were going to celebrate Easter by going to church" So of course I take my daughter to church. I just want to say how GRATEFUL i am for my daughter she reminds me that i need to be PATIENT. i forget what I'm mad about and all the frustration goes away. 

 She is the MOST PATIENCE out of the 3 of us! I realized how GRATEFUL I am to my FATHER in HEAVEN for my daughter, for BLESSING me with her because he knew I need her.

We went to church just the 2 of us and we had a GREAT SABBATH filled w/the SPIRIT and UPLIFTING speakers who spoke right to my HEART. If I had let Satan win, I would have missed out but because of my daughter I gained a GREATER LOVE FOR MY SAVIOR and my HEAVENLY FATHER.

We came home from church relaxed had another lesson on following in our Saviors way, had an EASTER EGG HUNT in our apartmnt, our Bishop came an visited us in our home and brought a SWEET SPIRIT with him that you can just feel. We met up w/bbys Aunty Tai ate sum BBQ and hung out. FAMILY TIME is the BEST TIME and I LOVE it! So in all our EASTER SUNDAY ended on a good note.

But as I reflect on my day the BEST PART is my DAUGHTER and her GREAT EXAMPLEs she sets for me her MOM!)

My daughter has a BIG HEART and so LOVING so easily to FORGIVE she loves to HELP and shes so PATIENT it reminds of the scripture;

MOSIAH 3:19

For the natural man is an enemy to God, and has been from the fall of Adam, and will be, forever and ever, unless he yields to the enticings of the Holy Spirit, and putteth off the natural man and becometh a saint through the atonement of Christ the Lord, and becometh as a child, submissive, meek, humble, patient, full of love, willing to submit to all things which the Lord seeth fit to inflict upon him, even as a child doth submit to his father.

And because of her i TRULY understand this!

He WOOOOOOH'D me.. The late night convos about ANYTHING and EVERYTHING he got me! He made me LAUGH but that's easy, he KEPT ME LAUGHING! He's a CHARMER from his words to his actions.. His LOVE and KNOWLEDGE for and about the GOSPEL is what GOT ME HOOKED and did I mention he was a primary teacher @ the time too.. Or that he would take his Mom to the Temple to have a session w/her all BROWNIE pts..lol

Our 1st date was the movie theater that Nick Cannon movie where hes a geek..lol We went w/my Aunty and her husband, and cuzn.. Yes, a group date..lol (he was cool with it)

Our 1st Valentines he wrote a song, played it on his uku, gave me a HEART shaped box w/ALMOND CHOCOLATEs my FAV.. He took me to dinner then we danced the night away! It was a perfect night..

He said he was spiritually attracted to me, being funny i said well am I ugly..lol He said no but his love for me was more then physical attraction.. (blushing) he reminds me now and again about it and i remember how i felt and i fall in LOVE ALL OVER AGAIN..
He still gives me the BUTTERFLY'S and i get all GOOOGLY eyed  for him and his FINEself and there is not a day that goes by where i haven't said I LOVE YOU!

There are no words to describe my LOVE for my husband, the ride here was a CRAZY one but worth it and i wouldn't have gotten on with any one else!

wut REALLY happened

  He tells ppl i stalked him but really it was the other way around, he followed me around like a lost puppy..lol We had been talking a lil over a month b4 he asked me "Do you wanna be my GIRL"..lol on Dec 25 2003 I said  YES, we had our 1st kiss that day @ the movies..lol

WE TALKED ALL THE TIME
WHICH MEANS WE LOL ALOT..LOL
WE HIKED, WALKD, RAN AND WORKED OUT
WE HAD PICNICS (my fav)
WENT TO THEME PARKS
WE PLAYED SPORTS
WE WENT TO THE PRICE IS RIGHT
WE ATE OUT ALOT..LOL
WE DID INSTITUTE 2GETHER
YSA DANCES
MOVIES ALL THE TIME(it was free)
We had fun being together and even tho our path along the way changed i wouldnt change any of it. I have learned from my mistakes and i know i'm a better person today because of my past.. I look to the FUTURE for in it lies ETERNATY w/ myBESTFRIEND and the lil ones we are BLESSED to have in this life and the life to come..

a LiL bout Meeeeee..

My name is Hilda Fonua I love the out doors as a child and now as a grown up I dont seem to make enough time for it, BOOO Meee! All of my time is spent w/ family, especially my LiL Family. I love to shop and do my nails just dont have the money for it..lol I love to EAT, SLEEP, play cards, read, swim w/my daughter, shop w/her(she picks the funkiest stuff)its so funny..lol I love to cook and bake w/my Man, we do so much together you'd think we'd get tired of each other..lol NOPE, not us..hehehe
 I LOVE LOVE LOVE conversations w/my hubby, he keeps me smiling!) 
I'm soooo BLESSED to still have my BESTFRIEND of 8 years..

I Hilda have been born of GOODLY PARENTS and I'm TRULY GRATEFUL for them. Growing up it was ALWAYS about FAMILY TIME in the AFUTITI home.
FHE Mondays @ our house was the BESTEST and DAILY FAMILY PRAYER was MANDATORY and just that alone is what I STRIVE to do EVERYDAY with my LiL Family because that was NORMAL for [[Meeeee]] growing up. So when we forget I feel like we've missed something VIDAL in our day which is GIVING THANKS to our FATHER above.
