neverAGAIN..lol

1st THANKSGIVING away from my FAMILY.. Yup we stayed in Vegas and had our own lil THANKSGIVING. My hubby thought it would be GREAT just for our lil family to be away from the WHOLE FAMILY.. Who does that??lol US..hehehe

Okay don't get me wrong it wasn't horrible or anything it just wasn't the SAME. Plus hello I had to cook and do all the running around for things we may have forgotten, ummm so not fun!

The plan cook early eat early
Turkey went in @ about 5:30 done @ about 8:30 ish
Made chicken for my daughter because she's allergic to turkey.
Made Ribs, veggies and then gravy oh yeah and mash potatoes.
Nothing BIG just kept it simple for ummm yeah myself..lol

So after eating we did nothing but hang around together you know the same thing we do every day kind of thing. Chris told me that morning  his LiL Brother and their family were coming in so I cleaned not that there was a BIG mess I just like clean sheets and extra clean house when we have ppl over, whom ever it may be. So lets just say I cooked and cleaned most of THANKSGIVING, yay FUN..lol

                            

Oh and did I mention my CHEESE CAKE that Latai dropped off b4 she headed to Cali that morning because she LaLaLa LOVES me..lol

We were very excited to have Don, Ruby and Bby NAISA come over and I had  told my daughter she had SURPRISE VISITORS coming over to stay with us and BOY was she HAPPY to see Don, Ru and especially her bby cousin NAISA. We took a tour, hung out, played tetris till late laughed and watched  movies..lol I finally went to bed @ 5 and POP'd up @ 10am. I did NOTHING on BLACKfriday but kick up my poor fat feet..lol
Sat we hung with bbyNAISA and his peeps and we just LOVE him. He is such a HAPPY BABY unless he sees uncle Chris and his facial expression QUICKLY changes  its HILARIOUS..lol and my daughter wanted to carry him ALL DAY..lol She was also very sad when they left.

I enjoyed our lil FAMILY on Thanksgiving but HOLIDAYS for me is being with our FAMILY. I told my husband this would be our last year doing this. My thing is we are together EVERY DAY with each other and when it's the HOLIDAYs we should go and be with our FAMILY.

So yes NEVER AGAIN..

p.s I know if I wasn't so far along w/being prego we probably would have been in CALI so I guess bad planning on our part..lol

HAPPY HALLOWEEN..

So I didn't really dress up boooo..lol I know I know I suck..lol instead I just went in scrubs that I got at Walmart it was way more comfy and more space for my belly..lol Btw totally kept the tags on them and retuned them..hehehe umm $30 back yes please!!

Anywho I dressed Layna as Bell for the last time. Chris went as Hines Ward yummm ;).. and we headed out to our wards primary party were she had a blast and then headed to Patty Cakes for another Halloween party. We had such a blast bomb food great company and lots of laughs. We even had a jam session there and the kids ran around eating sweets. We also scored on candy at the house too..lol Patty Cakes went all out a he did an amazing job on decorating her house very spooky..lol high light of the night we got to be with lil Chris and hang with him. He was the scream but without his mask he looked like Fryer Tuck from Robin hood..lol

[COSTUME CHOICES=]..

So we were invited to a HALLOWEEN PARTY in the begining of the month for (Oct. 29) and so I started thinking hmmmm what should I be for Halloween? Usually I'll wing it and be whatever I can think of with what I have. So last year I was a pirate. Pretty simple tied a black Ie lava lava over my head, had the hubby paint a scar on my face, big loop earings and tadaaaa..lol

                                                                PIRATE..arrghhh

But now that I'm kind of ummm HUGE i have No idea what to be. I thot oh I'll just be Bella off of TWILIGHT "BREAKING DAWN" the Prego version but then thot If you're not a fanatic like I am, well you won't know what I am and I don't look like i even dress..lol

So I started looking on line and BOY did I have a BLAST..lol (literally) Oh the COSTUME CHOICES..lol Here are some of my FAVS..

So there have been many debates on what my daughter is going to be for HALLOWEEN..

If you all know my daughter she has wanted to be PRINCESS BELLE for the past 2 years and because there are ALWAYS a lot of Princess Belles I said NO lets be something else..

Well this year I gave into her begging and pleading and SHE WINS!! She gets to be PRINCESS BELLE and I guess the best part about it is I did not have to go out and BUY a costume, she already has 3 dresses to choose from..lol YAY Meee!

So tonight Babies school Gehring Elementary had their TRUNK-OR-TREAT HALLOWEEN PARTY and we got to do a test run of babies costume. Yes, the fun part(yay, me) We dressed up (make-up, hair, and dress) and of course she wanted to wear her HEELS(ouch)..hehehe but she wore them!



It was really nice they had lots of games in the cafeteria that the kids can play and win candys, they sold food for just $1. and then a parking lot full of cars (teachers, staff, and volunteers) with HEAPS of candy. My daughter had a BLAST seeing friends and playing games and eating goodies. A good night for her and I guess a good work out for Me..lol

Papa in town..

My Dad had a golf tourney this weekend in Las Vegas and he stayed with us. Although the visit was short it was good to see him and it made me and my girls weekend!
My Dad arrived early Friday morning so my daughter woke up to see her Papa and was glad that her Papa was in town.
After Golf we hit up the buffet, walked the Fremont strip and watched RUGBY.. Papa left later Sat. but we enjoyed his short visit. I mean hello a full tank of gas and a full refrigerator of food and QT w/baby its just what we needed.

YAYYY its OCTOBER, one of my FAV months, why you ask.. Well I'll tell you..

Not that my daughter and I need any excuse to play dress up because well we always do..lol But I enjoy getting my daughter all did up. Maybe its because my Mom wasn't big on it that I am, who knows. I just know that I LOVE to DRESS UP my GIRL for HALLOWEEN!!

The process starts way early in the year, i know I'm WEIRD but I just like to be prepared and I don't know about you but if you don't have a costume ready by OCTOBER you can join all the other crazy ppl looking with their crazy kids last min.

                          So  finding a costume leads to trying on FUN costumes..lol

Picking her costume is so fun to do that her Dad tryed to join in on my FUN FUN and wanted to take turns every year to pick her costume..ha So I let him and he chose a MOUSE..lol Don't get me wrong she was the cutest MOUSE EVERRRR thanks to me..hehehe but that was the last time for him..lol

and this is why OCTOBER is ONE OF MY FAVs, look @ what FUN FUN we've had so far..
